By our proprietary technology, we implement different properties into the polymer by choosing the right monomers  mixture. Copolymers or even block-copolymers of up to five different monomers can be realized, giving  the desired functions

Well defined molecular weight distribution

We focus on obtaining a very low PDI,, resulting in superior processability during etching and development. Also  oligomer formation is being suppressed completely 


Achieving highest purity

Our products  excel by lowest residual monomer and oligomer content. We also strive for semiconductor- quality of particle and metal-ion contamination

What is the technology background

Supurior exclusively licenses Fraunhofer proprietary polymerization technology. This technology combines selectivity with reactivity, so that our polymers can also be scaled up in a economical reasonable way. Our 15 years experience in Electronic Chemical industry ensures also purification technology as well as deep understanding of photoresist application.

What is the business model of Supurior

We either optimize and scale up polymers given by customers from the first grams to several kilos. Also, we actively engage in development discussions with customers to select the right solution for their specific problem.

The final goal is to sell then the developed product for competitive price during the whole life cycle.

Can Supurior supply commercial quantities

Yes, of course Supurior takes care of commercial production. Our background in Electronic chemicals production ensures the adequate process handling and quality control for this demanding Industry.
